From the first conversation to handover. Like the rings of a tree, each step builds on the one before, so you know what's being built and what each part costs before work starts.

Initial consultation
Tell us about the yard and what you'd like to do with it. We'll tell you on the call if it's clearly outside what we do, and what the next step looks like.

Site visit
When it's needed, we walk the yard with you, check levels, access, drainage and soil, and talk through ideas and budget.

Concept design
For larger jobs, we put the layout, levels, materials and planting on paper first, where changes are easy. Simpler jobs can go straight to a quote.

Itemised quote
Every part of the job priced separately, with GST shown. No single-line totals, so you can see exactly where the money goes.

Build
Qualified trades on site, managed by us. You have one point of contact the whole way through, and we keep you posted as each stage is done.

Handover
We walk through the finished job with you and leave a watering guide for new planting.

Who does the work on site?
Qualified trades, managed by us. You don't need to organise or brief anyone. You deal with us the whole way through.
Is GST included in your quotes?
Every quote shows each item, the GST, and the total including GST, so there's no guessing.
